Free Event Registration Template for Contact Form 7

2. Paste into Contact Form 7

Paste the code directly within the Contact Form 7 tag editor. You can find the tag editor in the Form tab.

3. Save & preview in WordPress

Lastly, once you save the form, you can use the shortcode to have the same form fields and labels as shown on this live form:
